Spread some salt and black pepper on both sides of the cod, put some shredded ginger on the surface, and put some shredded ginger or ginger slices on the bottom of the plate. You don’t need to use it. The fishy smell of cod is not very strong.

Bring the water to a boil and steam the fish in a pot. Steam on high heat for about 6-8 minutes, depending on the size of the fish. If you are not sure, just peel it off in a thick place before taking it out, so that there is no bloodshot eyes. It will continue to become more cooked after being out of the pot, so don't steam it for a long time.
Pour out the soup of the steamed fish, and pick up the ginger on it for later use.
After the fish is taken out, put the butter in, cover and simmer for 1 minute until the butter melts.

Then put the broccoli in a pot of boiling water, do not cover the pot, boil it for 1-2 minutes and it will be cut off. Do not over-cold water for broccoli, because we no longer fry. When cooking broccoli, you can add some salt and drop a few drops of oil. Not only does the broccoli have a bottom flavor, but it is also very green.

Take a western food plate, put a piece of cod, and some broccoli, then scoop two spoonfuls of rice, and pour some melted butter on the cod.
