Cod Stewed Tofu

Cut the tofu into thick square slices.

Wash the cod, remove the scales, bones, and cut into small pieces.

Ginger slices.

Heat oil in a pan, add the cod and fry until the surface is slightly yellow.

Put in a large bowl of water.
6.
Then add tofu and ginger slices, turn to a medium-low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
7.
When the soup becomes milky white, add salt and chicken essence and start the pot.
8.
Put it in a bowl and add two coriander to enhance the flavor.
