Cod Stewed Tofu

1 piece of cod, 1 piece of tofu, appropriate amount of green onion, ginger and garlic.

Clean the cod and cut into thick slices.

Beat an egg.

Heat the pan with a little oil and start frying the fish on medium heat. For better frying, glue the fish with egg liquid.

Fry yellow on both sides.

After frying, add the soup directly, add the material package (simmered fish with green onion, ginger and garlic) and some cooking wine.

The stewed boiling soup gradually turned white.

I added some soy sauce (don't add soy sauce if you want to drink the white soup), until the fish is simmered, you can add tofu.
