Spring is dry and easy to sleepy. I just saw the Codonopsis pilosula from my father. I tried to stew it with bamboo shoots and small ribs. The taste is very light. It removes the heat and replenishes air. It also blends with family affection. It is delicious!

Ingredients

Codonopsis, Bamboo Shoots and Spare Rib Soup

1. To prepare the ingredients, 1. Blanch the pork ribs in water to wash away the foam; 2. Soak the bamboo shoots in water, wash and cut into inch sections; 3. Peel off the shells of winter bamboo shoots and cut into small pieces; 4. Take appropriate amount of Codonopsis , Scallops.
