Codonopsis, Bamboo Shoots and Spare Rib Soup

To prepare the ingredients, 1. Blanch the pork ribs in water to wash away the foam; 2. Soak the bamboo shoots in water, wash and cut into inch sections; 3. Peel off the shells of winter bamboo shoots and cut into small pieces; 4. Take appropriate amount of Codonopsis , Scallops.

Put the prepared ingredients one by one into the electric stew pot, the Codonopsis can be cut into inch sections, and the scallops can be broken apart, which makes it easier to stew.
