Coffee Cup Cake

1. Prepare materials.

2. Take a large bowl, add vegetable oil, egg, milk, and vanilla extract and mix well.

3. Then add flour, sugar, cocoa powder and mix well.

4. Pour the batter evenly into two small coffee cups, put it in the microwave oven, and high heat for 100 seconds. Insert a toothpick into the cake and pull it out. If there is no batter sticking to it, it is cooked, otherwise, turn it on for another 30 seconds.

Tips:

This amount can be used to make one large coffee cup or two small coffee cups
