What everyone eats most often is the waffle with egg or milk flavour, or topped with some jam. It is sweet no matter what. The waffle I made today is a bitter coffee waffle. Although I hate coffee very much, I like this waffle very much because I have a light mouth and don't like to eat too sweet. If you are used to sweet ones, you can also add some sugar according to my recipe, it will be sweet and bitter like coffee, very different waffles. "

Coffee Waffles

1. Mix the eggs with sugar and mix them evenly.

2. Pour in corn oil.

3. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, about the amount that makes the batter clumpy but does not dry.

4. Sift in the flour and baking powder.

5. Add coffee powder.

6. Stir evenly with a spatula.

7. Preheat the waffle mold, apply a layer of oil, and add an appropriate amount of batter.

8. Fasten the lid and bake until the surface is crispy.

Tips:

1 If you don't like the taste of bitter coffee, you can add 20-30 grams of sugar. It is not recommended to add more, otherwise it will cover the original taste.

2 The roasting time depends on the degree of roasting, so after 3 minutes, you need to open the lid and look at it and turn it over.
