Coffee Yogurt Cake

Separate the eggs and put them in an oil-free and water-free basin

Put 10 sugar in the egg yolk and stir well

Add yogurt and mix well

Put in low powder

Add the coffee and stir evenly

Put vinegar and salt on the egg whites and beat them into a fish bubble shape with a whisk

Beat until the egg whites are hard and have small sharp corners

Take one third of the egg whites and stir in the batter

Stir well and then pour into the egg whites, turning up and down without making a circle

Pour into a baking tray, preheat the oven at 140 degrees for 10 minutes, and bake up and down in a water bath for 60 minutes
