Coix Seed Garlic Pork Belly Soup

Clean the pork belly and cut into strips

Garlic peeled and washed

Soak the coix seed in water for more than 4 hours, cook for 20 minutes first, then add the pork belly with cooking wine and ginger slices, cover the pressure limiting valve and cook for 20 minutes

Add garlic and cook for about 10 minutes without pressure limiting valve, add salt and light soy sauce to taste

Serve it out, and start eating warm stomach soup.
