Coke Chicken Wings

Cut the green onion and garlic for later use. Wash the wings and drain the water. Make a few cuts on the reverse side.

Pour vegetable oil in the pot and add rock sugar

Boil the rock sugar into light brown, put it in the wings and stir fry until the wings are colored

Stir fry with chopped green onion and garlic and a little light soy sauce, then add cola and a little fruit vinegar to spread over the wings
5.
Heat the soup until it is almost dry and change to low heat. Use a spatula to stir-fry until the soup is thick and ready to be served.
