Coke Chicken Wings

Wash the wings with two strokes, and boil them in a pot of cold water to remove any foam.

Remove and wash away the foam, add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to marinate for 30 minutes to taste.

Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan and fry the chicken wings until golden on both sides.

Add cola, rock sugar, dark soy sauce, green onions, ginger, bay leaves, and tangerine peel to a boil. Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
6.
Collect the juice over high heat and serve it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The chicken wings are cut twice for better taste.
2. Put less salt to avoid affecting the taste. You don't need to use the old soy sauces, just a few drops, just a few drops.
3. Don't use too much oil when frying chicken wings, and fry them slowly.
4. Do not add water during the stewing process.
