Coke Chicken Wings

Wash the ingredients.

Wash the chicken wings and draw a knife on the surface for easy taste.

Blanch chicken wings: Bring half a pot of water to a boil, add half of the pepper and star anise ginger slices, add the chicken wings, boil for 2 minutes and remove.
