Coke Chicken Wings
1.
After washing the chicken wings, soak them in clean water for half an hour, then remove the water to drain, and cut 2 knives on each side of the chicken wings
2.
Put a little oil in the pan, add shredded ginger, pour in the chicken wings, and fry for a while with the fat side up to let it come out and color. (Fried in medium and small fire)
3.
Turn over and fry again, fry until golden on both sides, and fry on medium and small fire throughout. Since I have more chicken wings, I divided them into two fried chicken wings. The picture is for one time.
4.
Put the star anise in the pot, pour in the cola, fill out the chicken wings a little (according to personal taste) and add a little salt to enhance the taste
5.
Bring to a boil, change to a low heat
6.
Stew until the soup is thick and bring to the boil, turn to high heat to collect the juice. When collecting the juice, keep turning with a spatula (so as not to simmer the pot) until the surface of the chicken wings is covered with caramel color, ready to be served.
Tips:
1. Coke is best to buy Coca-Cola. If you use Pepsi, the color of the dishes will be dull.
2. Make two cuts on the chicken wings to add more flavor to the chicken wings.
3. About how much coke to put. This mainly depends on your own taste. If you like sweeter ones, you can put more Coke. If you like a lighter taste, you can put less, and you can add some water appropriately.
4. When collecting the juice, be sure to stir-fry continuously. Otherwise, it will be messy.
