The classic method of chicken wings, the finished product is bright in color, tender and smooth, and fragrant. It is a simple and delicious home-cooked dish with a high success rate.
This time I used the rice cooker to cook this dish, which is very suitable for dormitory parties with limited cooking, and those who don’t like to endure the cooking on the stove~

Jiuyang#T5#Electric rice cooker makes you fall in love with it at a glance. It has high appearance, high texture, touch screen operation panel, multiple cooking modes, multiple taste options, 24-hour reservation function, pure iron inner pot is very powerful, The entire inner liner is heated around and uniformly heated.

Coke Chicken Wings

1. Material preparation

2. Wash chicken wings and pierce n eyes with a fork

3. Boil cold water into the pot

4. After blanching, remove warm water and rinse

5. Put the chicken wings in the rice cooker, add garlic and ginger star anise, pour in cola

6. Since the rice cooker's juice collection speed is not as fast as the wok, the amount of cola must not be too much, and it should be equal to the chicken wings.

7. Add 1 spoon of white wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1/3 dark soy sauce

8. Cooking mode, 20 minutes

9. After 20 minutes, open the lid and continue to boil to collect the juice. During this time, turn it a few times until it reaches the consistency you like.

Tips:

Use an electric rice cooker to make cola chicken wings. Don’t pour too much cola, just equal to the chicken wings, otherwise it will take time to collect the juice at the end.
Soy sauce is mainly for coloring, just a little bit.
For spicy ones, add some dried chilies.
