Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings, cut two knives for each chicken wing, cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, anise, and prepare the garlic. Coke uses Coca-Cola.
2.
Put 2 scoops of cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.
3.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the chicken wings in water for 20 and a half minutes to remove the dirt on the surface.
4.
Put oil in the pot.
5.
Fry the chicken wings until the surface is slightly yellow.
6.
Add cola, add the amount to cover the chicken wings.
7.
Add light soy sauce, add a quarter of the cola.
8.
Put the green onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, and dried chili into the pot. After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. The high heat collects the juice.
9.
You're done, you can add a little more coriander in the middle to increase the appeal.
Tips:
The amount of cola added depends on the amount of chicken wings, as long as it covers the chicken wings. The amount of sauce wine and the amount of chicken wings are 1:4, which is the key. Because more soy sauce is added, there is no need to add salt.
