Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings, and use a knife to cut two knives on each side of the chicken wings. I drew two parallel lines on the side with the skin and a cross line on the other side. Leave it for a while, soak up the water and blood
2.
Heat the pot, add 3-4 spoons of bottom oil, smash the garlic cloves, put them in the pot and stir-fry until the fragrance becomes delicious.
3.
Put the chicken wings into the pan and fry for a while, 2-3 minutes. At this time, oil may splash. Be careful
4.
Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir fry over high heat
5.
Join Coke. It’s fine if you don’t have chicken wings.
6.
Bring the fire to a boil to remove the scum.
7.
Turn to medium heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Subject to the soup being dried
8.
After the soup is dry, stir-fry a few times over high heat to get out of the pot.

Tips:
The oil may splash when frying on a low fire, so be careful. If you are worried, you can stir fry directly on high heat, and then add cola to stew.
