Coke Chicken Wings

Slash the middle and back of the wings twice, blanch them in hot water and remove them

Add the chicken wings to a non-stick pan and fry on low heat until the surface of the chicken wings is browned

Add soy sauce and cola, ginger slices and star anise to the pot, cover and stew
4.
The chicken wings are cooked thoroughly and the soup becomes less. Open the lid and collect the soup over high heat.

Tips:
It is best to use a non-stick pan to prevent the chicken wing skin from being stained during frying because the soy sauce itself has saltiness and no additional salt is required
