Coke Chicken Wings

Prepare ingredients.
Slice the ginger and cut two knives on both sides of the chicken wings to add more flavor to the meat.

Add water to the pot, add chicken wings and a little cooking wine, blanch it again to remove the blood and remove it. Wash the surface foam with warm water and drain the water for later use.

Tips:
⭐️When blanching the water, directly put the chicken wings and ginger slices in cold water to cook, no need to boil before putting them.
⭐️When collecting the juice, stir fry properly to avoid sticking the pot.
⭐️Coke is generally used in 1 can. Too little amount will affect the coloring.
