Today’s braised pork uses cola instead of water. There is caramel in the cola, which can give the meat a bright red color. It tastes better.

Coke Pork

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces, knot the green onion, and pat the ginger loose.

3. Braised pork belly, blanched pork belly controls the moisture content.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the blanched pork belly and fry on low heat until it turns slightly yellow, add the green onion, ginger, and the bag of ingredients.

5. Adding coke is more than the ingredients (the coke is not enough to add some hot water)

6. Add the dark soy sauce and turn it to a boil over high fire.

7. Bake for about 50 minutes, reduce the soup, remove the onion knots, ginger slices, and stewed meat packets, and add some salt

8. Add salt and simmer on low heat for about ten minutes, then turn to high heat to thicken the soup.
