Coke Rice Cake Chicken Wings
1.
Prepare the main ingredients. 500 grams of chicken wings, half a bag of 200 grams for rice cakes, and half a bottle of Coke.
2.
Cut two knives on each side of the chicken wings, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of salt and a little sesame oil, and marinate for ten minutes.
3.
Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections. Prepare lemon juice. Fresh lemons are also fine.
4.
Pour a little oil into the pan, and fry the rice cake slices on low heat until the two sides are slightly yellow. Remove and serve.
5.
The rice cakes don’t eat oil, and the remaining bottom oil in the pot is added to the chicken wings and fry until the two sides are discolored and some burnt skin is more delicious.
6.
After frying, add ginger and green onion to fry until fragrant, add a little cooking wine and stir fry evenly.
7.
Pour half a bottle of Coke, it should be just over the chicken wings. Add appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
8.
Add some light soy sauce and lemon juice to adjust to your favorite sweetness and sourness. Heat up the juice until the soup thickens and then turn off the heat.
9.
Put the chicken wings on the rice cake, pick up the ginger and green onions, and pour the soup on top.
10.
Such a large plate was almost eaten by the little guy alone. I really can not believe!
Tips:
When marinating chicken wings, you can also add some dark soy sauce to color.
