Cola Tofu

Raw material map: a bottle of Coca-Cola (350ml), a piece of northeastern tofu, shallots, dried red peppers, and ginger.

Cut the tofu into cubes, cut the green onion into 3cm pieces, and slice the ginger. After the tofu is cut, sprinkle some black pepper and salt and marinate for a while.

Fry the tofu cubes in a cold pot. I omitted the step of boiling the tofu. The water tofu on my side tastes very good without raw flavor.

Fry on medium and low heat until the tofu is golden brown on all sides, and fry until crispy and better. The frying process in this step takes a little longer, so be patient.

Put the fried tofu without filling it out, and pour the green onion sauce and chili in the ingredients on the inside of the pan and fry it slightly.

Add cola and cover the tofu. Add an appropriate amount according to the sweetness. The cola is sweet. The more you add, the sweeter the tofu.

Add soy sauce to taste, preferably with soy sauce.

Let it simmer for a while on medium heat, and make the tofu more flavorful for a while.

At about the same time, the soup turns to high heat to collect the juice.
Tips:
1. If you don't like sweetness, you can add some hot water to neutralize it.
2. Frying tofu is best to use a frying pan to prevent sticking.
