Cold and Crispy Lotus Root

Prepare a section of fresh lotus root, peel and wash

Cut the lotus root into cubes for later use, you can cut smaller, for example, it's easy to taste

Boil water in a pot, blanch the lotus roots and cook until they are cooked

Take out the cold water and drain it

Put a small amount of oil in the frying pan, chop garlic, dried chili, and green onions into the frying pan until fragrant

Put the chili oil in the drained lotus roots. I put the seasoning of saliva chicken. It tastes quite good. You can substitute any chili sauce at home. Pour in soy sauce.

The smaller slices of lotus root are easier to taste.
