Cold Bean Shreds

Wash the potatoes quickly, shred them, blanch them, and then pass in cold water and set aside.

Wash the beans, cut into shreds, blanch them, and then pass in cold water and set aside.

Chop the garlic pepper and onion, prepare the peppercorns, slice the ginger, and set aside.

When the oil is boiled, add ginger, garlic, chili and onion in turn and stir fry for a nice aroma.

After the ingredients are fried, pour the mixed shredded beans on top.

When the oil is ready, add the vinegar and salt and stir well.
7.
When it is mixed, you can serve it on a plate.
Tips:
Bean shreds and potato shreds need to be blanched.
