Cold Bean Sprouts with Fungus in Oyster Sauce

Wash the bean sprouts and rinse out the bean skin.

Soak the fungus well and clean it.

Dice or slice coriander.

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Put the bean sprouts on it and blanch the water to cut off growth. The fungus should also be blanched.

Take out the blanched fungus and bean sprouts and squeeze out the water and place them in a basin.

The garlic is mashed into garlic paste.

Pour the garlic paste on it, which is very fresh, and then add salt and vinegar.

Pour an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir well.
