Cold Bean Sticks Seaweed Shreds

Wash the kelp thread and soak it in clean water for two hours, changing the water halfway;

Soak the bean sticks in cold water to soften;

Put the prepared ingredients into a pot, then add soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves, and an appropriate amount of water;

Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to lower heat and cook for 20 minutes;

After cooking, soak for an hour to remove, and cut the bean sticks into thin strips;

Then add a little salt, coriander and garlic, vinegar;

Add homemade chili oil;

Stir evenly;

Serve the mixed kelp shreds in a small plate when you eat, sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds on the surface.
