Cold Beans

Wash the beans and remove the stalks and silk on both sides. Prepare the onion, garlic, and pepper.

Cut the beans into sections with an oblique knife

Chop the shallots and garlic, and cut the pepper

Bring the water to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt, add a few drops of oil, and boil the beans.

Take the cooked beans out of cold water and put them in a bowl. Put the onion, garlic, and chili on top, and then put all the seasonings except Chinese pepper on top.

Tips:
