Cold Beef

Boil beef in a hot pot under cold water, pepper, ginger, and cooking wine.

Boil on low heat for 10 minutes, rinse with cold water,

Cut beef and ginger into equal strips,

Heat oil from the pan, pour in beef strips and ginger strips and fry them until they change color and remove.

Leave oil on the bottom of the pot, add spices,

Saute the spices and pour the beef strips and ginger strips,
7.
Light soy sauce, sugar, salt to taste,
8.
Pour in boiling water, cook on low heat for 20 minutes,
9.
With less water, sprinkle crushed pepper, pepper powder, white sesame seeds,
10.
Boil until there is no moisture, just serve.
Tips:
1: Please ignore the number of pepper and fennel, anyway, if you have to count it, I can’t help it!
