Cold Bitter Chrysanthemum

The ingredients are ready, bitter chrysanthemum picks off the old leaves and soaks in light salt water to wash

Cut off the root of bitter chrysanthemum, cut into inch sections, and put in a large bowl for later use

Crush the peanuts with the back of a knife, mince the garlic, and cut the red pepper into small pieces
