Cold Bitter Gourd

Soak the dried lemon slices in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Cut the bitter gourd into circles and remove the center core.

After boiling water in the pot, pour bitter gourd slices. Add a few drops of oil and cook until the bitter gourd is soft.
