Cold Black Fungus

Soak the black fungus in water and wash it for later use.

Add black fungus to the pot, add appropriate amount of water and a little salt to boil.

Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Drain the cooked black fungus and run with cold water several times.

Put the fungus into the bowl and add the right amount of salt.

Drizzle a little light soy sauce.
7.
Add a spoonful of white sugar.
8.
Add an appropriate amount of white vinegar.
9.
Drizzle in two spoons of Gelinor linseed oil.
10.
Wash the coriander and cut into sections, then add and mix well.
Tips:
The fungus is soaked for enough time to taste good.
After the cooked fungus is drained of hot water and rinsed with cold water several times, the taste is much more crisp and refreshing.
