Cold Black Fungus

1. Soak the fungus in warm water and wash it off.

2. Wash coriander, onion, and beauty pepper and set aside.

3. Bring water to a boil in the pot, add the fungus and blanch for 2 minutes.

4. Remove and drain the water and let it cool naturally.
