Cold Black Fungus

Soak the fungus in warm water and wash it off.

Wash coriander, onion, and beauty pepper and set aside.

Bring water to a boil in the pot, add the fungus and blanch for 2 minutes.

Remove and drain the water and let it cool naturally.

Mince garlic and chop coriander into a bowl, add light soy sauce, oil, sugar, vinegar, olive oil, and sesame oil to make a sauce.

Shred the onion and put it in a bowl.
