Cold Black Fungus
1.
Wash the black fungus soaked hair in advance and tear off the small flowers (or cut a few times with a knife)

Boil the black fungus in the water in a pot (add some salt in the middle)
3.
Put ginger, garlic, sugar, and pepper on the plate.
4.
Pour the light soy sauce.
5.
Pour the balsamic vinegar.
6.
Cook the black fungus.
7.
Remove and put directly into the condiment tray (do not drain too dry)
8.
Heat the oil in the pan to fry the dried chilies until fragrant (don’t fry them)
9.
Drizzle hot chili oil on the black fungus.
10.
Mix well with chopsticks.
11.
A delicious cold dish.
