Cold Black Fungus

Soak the black fungus with cold water in advance, soak the fungus softly and open it. After the fungus is soaked, remove the fungus pedicle and wash it for later

Put water in the pot and bring the water to a boil. You can add more water. I added a little less. Pour the cleaned fungus into the pot. Boil for one minute is enough. Pick it up and place it in a bowl with cold water. Torn small pieces of fungus

First chop the garlic cloves, cut the chili peppers into small sections, put them in a small bowl, add vinegar (white vinegar and old vinegar are fine, I prefer white vinegar), light soy sauce, sesame oil (you can add them together or pour them on top)
Tips:
A simple and delicious cold dish is ready. Two steps like cold cucumber are enough. Because I made a smaller portion, I added less seasoning than the above. The taste is the same according to the ratio.
