Cold Black Fungus

Prepare materials.

Add a little dry starch to the black fungus, soak it, and rinse it off.

Blanch it with boiling water and then use cold water to keep the fungus crisp.

Start the pot on the fire, add the peppercorns when the oil is four minutes hot, and when the aroma is out, remove the peppercorns and turn off the heat.
