Cold Braised Pork Ears

Wash pig ears and shave off surface dirt and hair

After blanching, drain and dry clean for later use

Prepare green onion, ginger, rock sugar, lo-mei package

Put water in the pot, add pig's ears, green onion, ginger, rock sugar, braised bag, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, boil over high heat and turn to low heat to simmer
