Cold Cabbage Potato Chips

Prepare cabbage, cold potatoes, and green peppers.

Shred the green pepper, and cut the cold potato and cabbage into cubes.

Pour the cut cold potato chips, cabbage, and green pepper in a hot pan with hot oil and stir well.

Add some salt to taste.
5.
Stir-fry the cabbage and cold potato chips.
6.
Sprinkle with light soy sauce, add MSG and stir well.
7.
Serve on the table.
