Cold Chicken Feet

Wash the chicken feet and cut into small pieces, boil ginger, salt, and cooking wine in the pot, let the water boil for 10 minutes, pick up the cold water and drain for later use

Make the seasoning: put lemon, finger pepper, garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar in the basin and stir well.

Pour spare chicken feet into the basin and stir well.

Finally, add some sesame oil and sprinkle with coriander. If you want more flavor, you can add plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
If you want a richer taste, you can add some passion fruit and lime.
