Cold Chicken Feet
1.
Buy the chicken feet, remove the nails, and wash them for later use.
2.
Put the ginger, green onion, white pepper in the pot under water, bring the chicken feet to a boil in a pot under cold water, cover the pot and simmer on a medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Don't take too long, chewy and delicious.
3.
Chop the scallion, ginger, garlic, millet pepper, and coriander as shown in the picture.
4.
After the chicken feet are cooked, remove them and immerse them in cold pure water. After cooling, cut the chicken feet in two (the sequence of this step can also be chopped before the chicken feet are cooked in the pot), add the onion, ginger, and garlic.
5.
Add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, millet pepper, chopped dried chili, and chopped coriander. In a separate saucepan, pour an appropriate amount of sesame oil and add a pinch of Chinese pepper to heat, then pour it on the chilies.
6.
Stir evenly and put on a plate.
Tips:
You can put more salt in it, or it won't taste good if the salt is not enough.
The chili for the children can be put in the last place, first mix it and pinch it out, and then put the chili to drizzle the oil.
