Cold Chicken Feet

Cut the chicken feet into three pieces, put cold water into the pot and cook, skimming the foam.

Take it out and soak it in ice water immediately.

After soaking in ice water for 10 minutes, remove and drain the water.

Add salt, garlic, chili, chicken powder, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, and stir well.

Add dark soy sauce, stir evenly, coriander, marinate for more than 2 hours, stir several times during the period.
6.
Drain the marinade and drizzle with sesame oil.
