Cold Chicken Shreds

Remove the fascia from the chicken breasts, add water to the pot, add green onion, ginger, aniseed, peppercorns, boil on high heat and turn to low heat until the chicken is cooked, immerse it in cold water to drain.

Shred cucumber and carrot.

Tips:
