Cold Corn Meal

Prepare ingredients and stone ground cornmeal;

Wash the lettuce, slice the ham, smash the eggs and place them in a bowl for later use;
3.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil the cornmeal;
4.
Add eggs, cook for about 8 minutes, add lettuce and ham, and cook for another 2 minutes;
5.
Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil, stir and serve.
Tips:
Reminder: What I want to remind here is that corn noodles are not easy to cook. It takes a little longer to cook. When the noodles are almost ready, add lettuce and season with some salt. Turn off the heat when the lettuce is cooked!
