Cold Crucian Carp

Scratch the fish head and remove a white fishy line, removing both sides together.

Cut the fish all over, then use cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and ginger to marinate for about 10 minutes.

Cut the spicy millet and green pepper into circles, slice the ginger, and cut the leek into sections and set aside.

Put it in a pot and steam for about 15 minutes (or use the microwave to directly use the steaming fish function!) drizzle with juice (mixed with garlic, sesame oil, spicy millet, chopped pepper, chicken essence), sprinkle with green onions, and serve table.
Tips:
Remember to refer to step 1 when handling the fish, make a cut and remove the fishy line, the fish will not be so fishy!
