Cold Cucumber and Enoki Mushrooms.

1 sachet of enoki mushrooms. The supermarket package is 150g. Remove the roots, wash and blanch it with hot water. . Shower with cold water for later use.

Shred 1 cucumber and set aside.

Knock the eggs into the bowl and mix well. Add a little flour. Pour into the pan, still allowing the egg liquid to flow along the edge of the pan and spread over the bottom of the pan. Solidified and turned over. Let cool and cut into shreds for later use.
