Cold Cucumber Roll

Prepare two cucumbers, wash them, and remove the heads and tails

Use a peeling knife to scrape into thin slices. You don’t need to scrape all over. Save half of a cucumber to cut half-round petals

For semi-circular petals, cut the cucumber in half and slice it into thin slices

Roll up

Each piece is rolled up and placed in the center of the plate, as round as possible,
