Cold Cucumber Sprouts

I boiled the bean sprouts under cold water for about five minutes to remove the cold water

Cut the cucumber into shreds while cooking the bean sprouts (you can save time by cutting the cucumber while cooking the bean sprouts)

Put the bean sprouts and cucumber in a larger container, add the right amount of salt, sweet and sour soy sauce, cooked sesame seeds, mashed garlic, and my own chili oil

And a pinch of coriander

Finally, put on disposable gloves and give them a good massage to succeed. (If you like it, it will be perfect if you drop the sesame oil)
