Cold Dressed Fungus Cordyceps Flower

Soak the fungus one hour in advance.

Wash fungus and cordyceps flowers, cut coriander into sections, and mince garlic.

Tips:
It is not advisable to eat cordyceps flowers when getting angry. Pregnant women should not eat more fungus.
