Cold Dressing

Peel and shred half a cucumber.

Put water in the hopper, wash the skin, and cut it into two thin strips.

Put cooking oil in the pot, add chili powder and sesame seeds after heating on low heat, turn off the heat.

Pull the skin and put it on the plate, stack the cucumber shreds on top of the cold skin, add salt, chicken essence, vinegar, light soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame sauce, and finally pour the fragrant chili oil. Just mix well when eating.
Tips:
After frying the chili, let it cool before putting it in the peel.
