Cold Dressing

Shred the cucumber, carrot, and tofu skin into the plate.

Soak the skin in advance.
3.
Place the soaked skin on the plate.
4.
Add minced garlic and coriander.
5.
Put light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
6.
Add the chili oil and stir well.
7.
The mixed juice is poured on the skin lift.
8.
Mix well and finish the cold dressing.
