Cold Ears

1. Soak fungus and white fungus in cold water for 2 hours

2. Tear into small pieces and clean

10. Pour the white fungus and fungus in a basin, pour in the colored pepper, onion shreds and coriander, and then add the seasoning

11. Sprinkle with a handful of fried sesame seeds and stir well

12. Serve on the table

Tips:

If you are not used to eating green onions, you can use chives instead.
