Cold Edamame

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut off both ends of the edamame, wash and set aside.

Pour a little water in a hot pot to boil, add edamame in the boiled water and cook.

Remove the cooked edamame and drain the water.
5.
Pour the sugar, vinegar and very fresh taste into a bowl and make a juice for later use.

Put the drained edamame into a container, add salt and mix well.
7.
Add oil to the hot pan, add ginger, garlic, sharp pepper, pepper and saute until fragrant.
8.
Pour the fried sesame oil on the edamame, pour the previously adjusted juice and mix well.
