Cold Fern Root Powder

Soak the fern root powder in clean water for 2 hours in advance until it is soft, then soak it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, over cool water, remove and drain the water.

The garlic is flattened and chopped; the scallions are sliced diagonally.

Wash the cucumbers and cut into shreds.
4.
Pour the fern root powder, cucumber, green onion slices and minced garlic into a basin, add soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, sesame oil and chili oil.

Mix all the ingredients well and put it on the plate.
